  • Certificates & additional training in Behaviour Change, IBS, Nutrition Focused Physical Findings, Nutrition in the Cancer Care setting, Menopause, Cardiac health.

Veronica has 15 years experience working as a dietitian and is passionate about providing a personalised and patient centred approach to consultations.

She completed her undergraduate degree in Physiology, Sport Science and Nutrition in the University of Glasgow in 2008. Having developed a keen interest in nutrition as a science, she went on to complete her Post-Graduate Diploma in Dietetics at Leeds Beckett University in 2010. She subsequently completed a Masters in Nutrition at Leeds Beckett in 2015 while working in the NHS.

She gained extensive clinical experience in the NHS and also worked at Harley Street in private practice for a number of years before returning to Ireland. She continued her career in the HSE and in private practice over the next ten years. During this time she completed a secondment in the National Cancer Control Programme.
