Veronica is a CORU‑registered dietitian with 15 years of clinical and private practice experience. She is committed to providing a personalised, patient‑centred approach, supporting individuals to make sustainable changes that enhance their health and wellbeing.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Physiology, Sport Science and Nutrition at the University of Glasgow in 2008. Driven by a strong interest in nutrition science, she went on to complete a Post‑Graduate Diploma in Dietetics at Leeds Beckett University in 2010. While working in the NHS, she further advanced her expertise by completing a Master’s in Nutrition at Leeds Beckett in 2015.
Veronica gained extensive clinical experience within the NHS, followed by several years in private practice on Harley Street before returning to Ireland. Over the past decade, she has continued her career in both the HSE and private practice, including a secondment with the National Cancer Control Programme, where she contributed to national nutrition and cancer care initiatives.
Her broad clinical background, combined with her evidence‑based and compassionate approach, allows her to support clients with a wide range of nutrition and lifestyle needs.
